HM Ducks is currently having a temporary shut down due to new arrivals and lifestyle changes!


We will be back at some point in the future, although we are not  sure right now when that will be!


We will still be monitoring emails, so if you have any questions or queries feel free to email us at info@hmducks.co.uk; or contact us through one of our website forms to join our mailing list so you can be the first to know when we are opening back up again!



We wholeheartedly thank every single person for the support you have shown HM Ducks over the last few years, and we are looking forward to painting ducks for you all again soon!


Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

UK Deliveries
As all our products are personalised and painted to order, we aim to dispatch within 2 weeks. For bespoke orders, this time may increase depending on how busy we are. All UK deliveries have a P&P cost of £3.90, whatever the size of your order.  Naturally, if you are local to us and able to collect your order from Sandwich in Kent, there will be no P&P charge.

International Deliveries
We are happy to ship our ducks abroad, but please contact us before purchase to discuss and agree this. 

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your duck, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you. As our goods are all personalised, we will not always be able to agree to accept a return. If, however a return is agreed, you will need to post the item back to us, properly packaged and at your own cost. You will then receive a refund to your original payment method, excluding the P&P charge.

Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with details of the damage, together with photographs if possible. We will then arrange collection and replace your item.
